Applications
Titanium clad autoclaves are designed and fabricated to cover High Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) typically used for Nickel and Cobalt applications. For Gold mining, Coek produced Titanum clad autoclaves using the pressure oxidation process (POX). Recently POX is also introduced in Nickel applications as a more green solution for Nickel extraction.

Autoclaves Examples
Examples of Autoclaves fabricated by Coek:
- 3 autoclaves for Goro Nickel installed at New Caledonia (weight of 510 tons)
- 2 autoclaves for CVRD (vale) (Australia) with a total weight of 600 tons
- 2 autoclaves for Dynatec in Madagascar (Ambatovy) wth a total weight of 510 tons
- 1 autoclave for Polymetal for a gold extraction plant with a total weight of 960 tons
- 1 autoclave for Ertis for a gold extraction plant with a total weight of 960 tons
Autoclave Applications
Coek Engineering designs and manufactures autoclaves tailored to specific production environments. From temperature-sensitive polymerisation to highly corrosive processes – each application requires a precise combination of materials and construction methods.
Nickel Cobalt and Gold mine applications
For Gold, POx (Pressure oxidation) technology is commonly used.
Projects
Every autoclave we build tells a story of precision, pressure, and performance. From design to delivery, our projects showcase Coek Engineering’s ability to meet demanding process requirements – tailored to each client’s materials, production environment, and capacity needs.
