Quality and safety
At Coek, quality and safety are core values. Quality control is a continuous process, carried out both by our in-house quality managers and independent external inspection agencies. Common quality control methods include dye-penetrant testing, magnetic particle examination, manual ultrasonic inspection, and radiography.
However, radiography is increasingly being replaced by the more advanced semi-automatic ultrasonic examination, which integrates phased array pulse echo and TOFD (Time of Flight Diffraction). This technique offers two major advantages: superior sensitivity compared to radiography and enhanced safety.
