Polypropylene Reactor Section – Sinopec Hainan
For an ethylene and oil refinery complex in Hainan, Coek supplied the polypropylene reactor section under JPP license. The scope included two horizontal reactors, fully assembled with drive systems, mechanical seals, oil and lubrication units and instrumentation. The internal surfaces of the reactors were machined to meet the narrow clearances required for the agitator blades.

- Reactor R-201 and R-251 including agitators
- Mechanical seals and floating-end dry seals
- Flush systems for both mechanical seals
- Oil units for mechanical seal and gearbox
- Lubrication system for mechanical seals and bearings
- Drive system including motor, gearbox, and Fludex coupling
- Instrumentation (level and temperature measurement)
- Piston valves
